The Roma 15 training ball can be installed either as a blunt grip or with a bar, which increases its versatility on the wall. With a diameter of 140mm and a height of 75mm, this dam is perfect for training large and medium grips.

In addition, the included bar measures 80mm wide and 40mm high, providing a good surface area for working on technique and finger strength.

The screw required for installation is M10x80 (recommended) or M8x80.
