Description
Egiptian Grips are suspension and traction grips that will make you sweat and enjoy at the same time. With them you can train strength, endurance and coordination in a varied and fun way.
You can hold them with one hand on the top or with two hands on the sides, depending on the level of difficulty you want. Its texture is soft but adherent, ideal for OCR, climbing, calisthenics or crossfit. They are also very light and easy to hang anywhere with a simple lark’s foot knot.
