Nunchaku Grips are OCR suspensions inspired by the nunchaku, the traditional Japanese weapon. They have a height of 18 cm and a diameter of 3.7 cm.
Their ergonomics and soft but grippy texture make them brutal grips for improving your strength and endurance in climbing, OCR and Crossfit.
Nunchaku Grips are very light and easy to carry. You can hang them anywhere with a 6mm double cord that comes included: a branch, a pull-up bar, a carabiner… This way you will be able to practice overhead or overhanging with more comfort.
