Polyhedron OCR Suspension Grips

Polyhedron Grips is a training grip for suspension and pull-ups.

The OCR Suspension Polyhedron Grips is designed to take your climbing, OCR, and CrossFit training to the next level. With four flat faces, but with very rounded edges, it features perfect ergonomics for the hand, combined with a smooth yet grippy texture that ensures an optimal grip.

It helps to increase hand grip strength by holding it laterally. It also has a rounded, easy-to-grip top handle.

The Polyhedron Grips are extremely lightweight, making them the ideal choice to take with you to your training sessions anywhere. Additionally, we have opted for a double 6 mm cord for several reasons:

• There are no obstacles that interfere with the grip
• In just 3 seconds, use a bowline knot to hang them from any branch, pull-up bar, etc.
• Use a carabiner to hang them in ceiling or overhang exits
