The OCR Kong suspensions are banana-shaped and are another brutal tool for our climbing, OCR and Crossfit workouts.
Very light, ideal to take them to our workouts anywhere.
- In 3 seconds with a lark’s knot we hang them on any branch, pull-up bar, etc.
- With a carabiner we hang them for roof or overhanging.
The OCR Kong includes a double 6mm cord.
