Spartan Grips is a combination ball and cylinder grip for suspensions/tractions, a versatile grip designed for one or two hands.

Spartan Grips feature three levels of difficulty: a 10-ball grip at the top, a 10-cylinder grip in the middle and a 9-ball grip at the bottom. Choose the challenge that best suits you!

With perfect ergonomics for the hand and a soft texture, this grip is an exceptional tool for climbing, OCR or Crossfit training.

Despite their robustness, these grips are lightweight and ideal for carrying in your backpack and training anywhere.

Equipped with a double 5 mm cord, they offer several advantages:

• Does not interfere with the grip.
• They can be easily hung on branches, pull-up bars, etc., using a lark’s foot knot in just 3 seconds.
• With a carabiner, they can be hung for overhead or overhanging.
